We Show Up!
SLS always shows up for cases that are booked through our central scheduling office, and that have a confirmation number. We Show Up - No excuses - if you book a case with SLS we will be there - on time, every time, with an adequate working laser and an experienced clinical support technician. When a facility or a physician's office calls to book a case, we ensure that there are no conflicts before we take the booking. Once our schedulers give a confirmation number, SLS will do everything in our power to be there for the case in a timely manner with an adequate working laser. Unlike some other laser rental companies in the industry, we never overbook cases in the hopes that something will cancel before the day of the surgery. SLS has an in-house service technician who ensures that our equipment is up to manufacturer's specifications at all times, and ready to complete all scheduled cases. In the unlikely event that our equipment is not working properly, we have back-up lasers that are kept unbooked, and ready to go should the need arise. What this means is our highest assurance of diligent customer service - no excuses - if you book a case with SLS, we will be there!

At SLS, we provide the best-on-the-market lasers - 80 - and 100 - watt Coherent/Lumenis holmium lasers; Greenlight lasers for BPH surgery, a vast array of CO2 lasers specifically designed for many types of procedures, Laserscope KTP and Nd: YAG aesthetic lasers in multiple configurations, and specialty lasers such as the Indigo, HGM K-1 Argon, and Diomed Diode. SLS hires experienced medical professionals to serve as laser technicians, technicians with real O.R. experience. Local Technicians
SLS is a company based on superior customer service in the laser industry. In order to provide the highest in quality service to our customers, SLS has instituted what we term our "Home-Town Tech Policy". The HOME-TOWN TECH POLICY means that all of our laser technicians live locally to the facilities that they serve. This is important because it insures that our laser technicians will be close to the facilities in case of emergency or add-on cases. Additionally, techs are more likely to be able to arrive in a reliable and timely manner when they live close to the facility, instead of across the state. Perhaps most important is that the laser techs will become highly familiar with the facilities they service, and will become an integral part of the facilities' surgical teams, learning the nuances of the facility and the physicians' preferences for lasers, settings, accessories, and fiberoptics.
